After starting his career in stage performance and ministry, which resulted in decades spent on stage, he began to realize something unsettling. He noticed that the vast majority of other speakers, from pastors to entrepreneurs to everyone in between, were having a tough time trying to create real impact and inspire action in their people.

So driven by his desire to impact both people and God’s kingdom, he set off on a mission… to help others become powerful communicators, with messages that matter, who connect with the hearts of their listeners. In other words, helping people change the world, and eternities, with their words. Today, he speaks; coaches pastors, entrepreneurs and other speakers; and serves both in his church and on the board of directors for Christ Centered Business. He’s passionate about his relationship with the Lord, the people he’s called to serve, and a good slice of pizza.

Shaped by a personal journey of healing and freedom in Christ, Jesse is pursuing a Master of Arts in Ministerial Leadership with a focus on Spiritual Formation. He is passionate about helping others discover their identity in Christ, break free from limiting beliefs, and live fully into their God-given calling. Jesse believes the workplace is a vital mission field and is committed to equipping believers to live out their faith with authenticity, wisdom, and purpose.
